12.30pm - 4.00pm

A rare opportunity to savour George Biron's cooking over a long leisurely lunch with some special vintages from local winemakers' private cellars.  Five substantial courses paired with aged Riesling from Granite Hills, Lagrein from Cobaw Ridge, aged Shiraz from Passing Clouds, Ellender Estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and "Ellender" Sparkling.  George is scouring local specialist small producers and raiding private gardens for ingredients to create an unique menu celebrating the bounty of the season.              

Designated drivers receive a great bottle to take home.
